Courtesy of USAA Emily Manck graduated from Drury University in the spring with a 3.88 grade-point average, solid work experience in her field of graphic design and loads of enthusiasm. Best of all, she landed a job six weeks before she walked across the stage to accept her diploma. How? A humorous job post on an online employment Web site had caught her eye. She responded in kind by e-mailing her résumé with a chatty cover letter that stressed her qualifications
